Precautions To Be Taken While Painting
♦ Before paintng always get the information of method of application of the Paint.
♦ Always stir the paint thoroughly before painting.
♦ Ensure a dry surface before painting.
♦ Avoid painting in damp and moist condition.
♦ Do not apply thick coats.
♦ Allow sufficient intervals between 2 coats.
♦ After painting the container has to be closed properly so as to avoid any dust particles or moisture and oxidation of the paint due to sunlight.
♦ After painting pour a thin layer of thinner to avoid skinning of the paint inside the container.
♦ Always filter the paint through a muslin cloth or nylon mesh.
♦ After painting always wash the brush or spray gun properly by suitable thinner so as to remove the paint inside the gun or that on the bristles of the brush.
♦ Always store the container in cool and dry conditions.
